Shipping and Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 7-15 business days after shipment. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please contact us at service@engraving.me, and we will be happy to assist you.

- We are currently unable to specify a delivery date.
- If you order multiple items, they may be packaged separately and may not be delivered on the same day.
- If you are unable to receive the package or require additional delivery assistance, please contact engraving.me.
- If your order has not been delivered within the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us via service@engraving.me, and we will be happy to assist you.
Shipping Origin
Our warehouse is located at Unit 18C, Yutai Building, Building 1, Ruihaotang, Shiyan Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. All orders are shipped globally from this location.
Delivery Address
Please provide accurate delivery information. Once an order is placed, we cannot accept address changes.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will immediately contact you to correct the address and reship the order.
Shipping Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and tracking number.
Shipping Costs
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $60. A $3.95 shipping fee applies to orders under $60.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees imposed by your country or region are your responsibility.
Order Cancellation
Customer may request a refund from the official engraving.me store within 24 hours of placing the order, either by e-mail or via online customer service. However, if the product has already been shipped it will not be possible to request a block.
*Due to the nature of the product, if you need to cancel/change the order after payment, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. However, it should be noted that the order amount we receive will be deducted by 5% fee by platform, and the fee will not be returned to us even after we refund you, so for canceled orders, we will deduct 5% of the amount, hope you can understand. If it exceeds 24 hours and the order has been shipped, we are sorry that we cannot cancel the order for you!
